Terms & Conditions

Subscriptions

Monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly subscriptions will automatically re-new unless you pause or cancel your subscription before the cut-off date. You can cancel through your customer account. If you have any problems cancelling your subscription, please email nicky@rainbowtreebox.com and we can do this for you.

Rolling monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any point up to the payment processing date each month while you have an active subscription.

Longer term subscriptions (3, 6 or 12 months) are billed monthly; by signing up you are committing the subsciption term selected, to be billed at the agreed amount, monthly, for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel during your subscription period this will cancel you auto-renewal, but will not stop any payments taken during your agreed subscription term.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

Please contact us via email to nicky@rainbowtreebox.com if you are not satisfied with any items. We are here to help if you have a problem with your order.

You can return items that you are not satisfied with within 28 days of delivery. The items must not have been used and be in new conditions otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund. When returning items, please include your contact details, your order number and the reason for return. You will be responsible for paying the return postage for the items and we suggest that you send it via a tracked service to ensure that it reaches us. We would request you email us at nicky@rainbowtreebox.com before returning any items.

Please contact us via email to nicky@rainbowtreebox.com if an item is damaged or defective with a decription and photograph. We might be able to send out a replacement item or a similar substitute item depending on stock. If we don’t have the stock, we will issue you with a voucher code or refund to the value of that item.

Postage

All of our boxes are sent via Royal Mail Second Class free of charge to you for UK based deliveries. Any orders placed to international destinations (those outside of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) are subject to additional postage charges. Customers outside of the above stated region should email nicky@rainbowtreebox.com and we will be able to advise of the postage charges and how to place an order.

Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on our website or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Rainbow Tree Box, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

By providing your email address you are agreeing to sign up to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by sending an email to nicky@rainbowtreebox.com with the subject "UNSUBSCRIBE".
